Below is a list and description of several of our most commonly used reports tracking RPAC contributions. All of these reports can be found under the Reports header on the Custom Reports List:
Local Board Performance Report: Contribution report based on local board credit, summarized by local board totals. There is also a non-giving level that lists all members, along with their contact information, who have not contributed during a recognition year.
State Awards Report: Report on state specified award levels (ie: $99 club, Capitol Club, etc.).
Major Investor Report: A current listing of NAR-recognized Major Investors, sorted by contribution year, state, local board and investor level.
Major Investor Recommendation Report: This report lists individual members that have the contributions necessary to be recommended for a new or increased Major Investor level. Users can sort by a margin (e.g. $300) and the report will pull information on all members $300 or less away from a Major Investor award.
Office Performance Report: Contribution report broken down by office and individual contributors within those offices.
Group Performance Report: Contribution report for members of state or national level groups/committees. You can see which members of the groups have and have not invested in RPAC during the current recognition year, including the participation rate of the group.
Individual Summary Report: A report of all information about a particular member, including summary of RPAC and President’s Circle contributions by year.
President’s Circle Report: Generates a report of President’s Circle members and their contributions.
Hall of Fame Report: Report of current and potential Hall of Fame members, with contact information.
